No Refunds

Please note that all sales of our software products and services are final. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. We encourage customers to thoroughly review system requirements, and product descriptions before completing their purchase.

Service Subscriptions

For product subscription cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Custom Development Services

Payments made for custom software development services are non-refundable. This includes deposits, milestone payments, and final payments as outlined in the service agreement.

Support and Issue Resolution

In the event of any issues with our software, our support team is available to assist with troubleshooting and resolving problems. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring our software functions as described and will provide necessary support to address any defects or malfunctions.
